21st Century Learning Alliance award

Four schools are celebrating after picking up the 21st Century Learning Alliance award for Leading Innovation at Seizing Success 2008: NCSL’s Annual Leadership Conference on 18 June.

The award was made to only four schools or colleges across the country for leading the way in the main aspects of 21st century learning – teaching and learning methods; people; resources and curriculum; time and space.

The 21st Century Learning Alliance has been founded by key national organisations involved in education, by industry and by school leaders to help make 21st century learning a reality. The main aim of the group is to support improvement and change by offering challenge and advice for key education organisations, practitioners and industry.
