Replay Leading Practice: Remodelling leadership for 21st century schools

This seminar offers school leaders, governors and local authorities an opportunity to learn about, discuss and develop best practice in implementing alternative models of leadership. It will explore the results of collaborative work across local authorities that addresses barriers to implementing emerging models, discuss a new thinkpiece about models of leadership commissioned by NCSL, and review a new leadership toolkit developed by NCSL and the Innovation Unit.
