NCSL has appointed school business manager (SBM) advocates to operate within the nine government regions. Their remit is to raise awareness of the SBM profession; promoting avenues for career progression and demonstrating how the role can improve school effectiveness.
SBM advocates will act as a voice of practice on behalf of the College and will develop regional communications networks, including collaborative links with the NCSL Leadership Network regional leaders.
