Ken is responsible for NCSL’s Leadership Development Programmes, including their commercial management and the commissioning of providers for their delivery.
Ken was the education and training director of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy for the last nine years. He has a background in accountancy and general management and is a qualified chartered accountant and teacher. His career includes experience in teaching and management in further and higher education as well as experience in the private sector. He has a BA in Accountancy and Finance and a Masters in Business Administration as well as being a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
