Teaching Leaders is an innovative two-year development programme designed to measurably raise levels of pupil achievement in complex urban schools by realising the leadership and management talents of middle leaders. It has been developed through a partnership between ARK Schools, Future Leaders, NCSL and Teach First.
The programme will help you to find your voice as a leader in school and enable both you and your team to do more for every child in your department or year group. It will take you from being a teacher in a leadership role to being an inspirational middle leader.
