The Student Leadership programme has been co-designed and co-developed by young people for young people. It has taken three years of working with over 700 students from 60 schools to create a course that will truly inspire other students to become leaders in their schools and communities. The final product is an enjoyable, active and intense three day course, designed to develop the skills of young people to become leaders.

The Student Leadership programme is aimed at Key Stage 3 (KS3) students and focuses on developing the skills of students to enable them to take a lead on issues in their schools and communities. It is ideal for individual schools, clusters of schools or other educational organisations working with 11-14 year olds.
