The resources in this publication provide a toolkit of four booklets and an accompanying DVD designed to enable you to engage with perspectives from research, policy and practice in order to explore emerging ideas about the practicalities of school leadership in the 21st century. The DVD entitled ‘Growing leadership’ contains three short films, each outlining a different approach to growing leadership drawn from the experiences of primary, secondary and special schools.
